01Using Formilist
Be 18+, keep your login safe, and what happens on your account is your responsibility.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, tell us immediately.
02AI features & credits
AI actions spend monthly credits that don't roll over. AI output is a draft — review it before you rely on it.
AI features consume credits from your plan’s monthly allowance. Credits reset each month and do not roll over unless we state otherwise. Credits are non-transferable, except within a Team plan’s shared pool.
AI-generated output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review suggestions before acting on or sharing them — the AI clarifies decisions, you make them.
03Your content
Everything you create is yours. We only get the technical permission needed to run the service.
You retain full ownership of the tasks, notes, boards and other content you create. You grant Formilist a limited permission to host, store and process that content — solely to provide the service to you.
We claim no other rights to your work, and the permission ends with your account.
04Team workspaces
Workspace admins control membership and visibility; what teammates see follows the roles you set.
In team workspaces, administrators manage membership, roles and permissions. Content shared into a workspace is visible according to those settings, and admins may retain workspace content when a member leaves — so plan ownership thoughtfully.
05Integrations & third parties
Connected tools follow their own terms; disconnect any integration whenever you like.
Optional integrations (such as Google Calendar, Trello or Jira) connect Formilist to third-party services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Connections are reversible — disconnecting stops the data flow without breaking your workspace.
06Acceptable use
Don't use Formilist to harm people or the service itself.
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal activity or harassment
- Probe, bypass or break security or rate limits
- Reverse-engineer the service or resell access without permission
- Upload content designed to damage the service or other users
07Subscriptions & payments
Plans renew until you cancel — which takes two clicks and ends at the period you've paid for.
Paid plans bill on a recurring basis until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active to the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with advance notice — never mid-cycle.
Annual plans are refunded pro-rata for unused full months.
08Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime but can't promise perfection; planned maintenance is announced.
We work to keep Formilist available around the clock and target 99.9% uptime, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance windows are announced in advance on the status page.
09Termination
You can leave anytime with your data; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
You may close your account at any time — export your data first; deletion is permanent. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and access to data may be removed after termination, subject to our retention obligations.
10Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided as-is; our liability is capped at what you've paid us in the last 12 months.
Formilist is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11Changes & contact
If these terms change meaningfully, we'll tell you before it matters.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we notify you by email or in-app before they take effect — continued use after that means acceptance.
